1. **You can return the items if they are completely unused, unwashed, with all labels removed and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the order. REEXIST reserves the right not to accept the return and respective refund if any of these conditions are not met.

3. **Return shipping costs:** The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a shipping service of your choice and send the item to the address indicated by our Customer Support via email.
4. **Refund:** The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The amount will be credited directly to your account or card, depending on the original payment method, once we have received and checked the condition of the returned item.
