In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, and Law no. 94/96, of July 31, this document establishes the terms and conditions to be observed when using the www.reexist-shop.com website, as well as in the process of purchasing the products sold on it and made available to its users.
Users of the site should therefore read the conditions and privacy policy carefully before using it, since by using the site or placing an order they are consenting to be bound by these conditions.
In the event of disagreement with these conditions and privacy policy, users should not use the www.reexist-shop.com website.
These conditions may be changed freely, without prior notice, to adapt to applicable legislation.
- INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale, including registration, of REEXIST products through the website www.reexist-shop.com.
1.2 The website www.reexist-shop.com is managed by RebelMesh, Lda, NIF 513359800, Parque Industrial de Poldrães, Lote 14 - 4795-006 Aves, Santo Tirso.
1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
a) - "REEXIST" - Products sold on the www.reexist-shop.com website;
b) - "User" - Any natural person, not a trader, who places an order via the www.reexist-shop.com website;
1.4 The use of the www.reexist-shop.com website and the purchase of REEXIST products presuppose the user's knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- WEBSITE REGISTRATION
2.1 To place an order, the User can register in advance by filling in the fields on the form available at www.reexist-shop.com. It is also possible to place an order without prior registration.
- REEXIST PRODUCTS
3.1 The website www.reexist-shop.com is intended for all users who wish to purchase REEXIST products from any location, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2 Information on the characteristics of the products can be found at www.reexist-shop.com.
3.3 REEXIST reserves the right to modify the information, product offer, prices, promotions and commercial conditions presented on the www.reexist-shop.com website at any time.
- PLACING ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE
4.1 To place an order on the www.reexist-shop.com website, the User must have an e-mail account and their browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow them to take advantage of all the navigability conditions of the REEXIST online store.
4.1.1 The User may purchase products online if necessary:
a). Find the product(s) you want to buy;
b). Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart";
c). Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into REEXIST's database, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", "Payment Method", telephone number and tax identification number (TIN);
d). Review the order and confirm it.
4.2 The User will receive an order confirmation e-mail with the details of the order.
4.3 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process, together with the corresponding detailed invoice.
4.4 By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described at www.reexist-shop.com, as well as the Privacy Policy.
4.5 REEXIST reserves the right not to accept or cancel confirmed orders in the following situations:
- a) The product is not available;
- b) Payment is not made through any of the payment options available on www.reexist-shop.com;
- c) Payment has not been confirmed;
- d) The billing information is incorrect or impossible to verify;
e). There is an error in the price quotation;
- f) It is not possible to deliver to the address indicated by the User.
- PRICES
5.1 The prices of the products shown on www.reexist-shop.com include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total VAT payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice sent to the User.
5.2 All prices are quoted in euros (€). Please note that changes to the country of delivery may affect prices due to different shipping costs. Customs costs for the country of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
5.3 The prices of the products shown on the site are subject to change. REEXIST reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
5.4 If errors occur in the price of the products ordered, REEXIST or the User may cancel the order until it has been dispatched.
5.5 The total price specified at checkout includes shipping costs and taxes for the country of shipment.
5.6 The User shall only pay the amount specified in the order confirmation.
- PAYMENT METHODS
6.1 Users can pay for their purchases using the Paypal payment platform, credit and debit cards and ATMs.
6.2 You must not attempt to pay by any means other than those specified in the payment methods indicated. If you do so, we shall not be liable for loss of payment or any other damage that may result.
- SHIPPING COSTS
7.1 Orders to mainland Portugal and the islands (Madeira and the Azores) have an estimated cost of €6.
7.2 For international deliveries, all orders will have an associated shipping cost and may involve the payment of customs duties, depending on the country of delivery, costs which are borne by the User.
- DELIVERY
8.1 REEXIST dispatches the product(s) ordered from Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., excluding public holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the User.
8.2 Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier, and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.
8.3 Delivery times vary between 2 and 10 working days, depending on the item ordered and the User's destination. REEXIST's response time within these deadlines varies according to stock availability, as well as during promotional periods, sales and Christmas. Each item ordered is created exclusively for the customer.
8.4 REEXIST will inform the User of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from knowledge of the unavailability.
8.5 In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver the products on the date indicated, the User will be contacted to indicate another delivery date.
8.6 Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging for any damage. If the products are damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, via e-mail to help@reexist-shop.com and, depending on the situation, REEXIST will resend the order, free of charge to the User. If the User chooses to cancel the order, the total amount paid will be refunded.
8.7 If you do not receive your order within 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment, please send an e-mail to help@reexist-shop.com. informing us of the situation. After this period, REEXIST cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
8.8 Delivery is deemed to have been completed with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1 The User may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the order, provided that:
- a) The product(s) have not been used;
- b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics and the labels are intact;
- c) The product(s) are complete. All materials accompanying orders must be returned.
9.2 Users may exercise their right of withdrawal by making any unequivocal declaration of withdrawal from the contract by sending the information to the e-mail address help@reexist-shop.com.
9.3 The costs of returning the items will be borne by the User.
9.4 After the return, if the product has been checked and is in conformity, the User will be refunded the amount paid for the item(s), excluding the initial shipping costs. The refund will be processed using the same payment method (in the case of payment by Credit Card, Debit Card or ATM Reference, the User must provide their IBAN) used by the User, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt and verification of the returned items by REEXIST.
9.5 If the items returned do not comply with the above terms, the User will not be entitled to a refund. However, you may choose to receive the items in the condition in which they were returned. The associated shipping costs will be borne by the User.
- EXCHANGES
10.1 To exchange an item, the User must follow the returns procedure, as described in section 9, and make a new purchase on www.reexist-shop.com.
- PRODUCT QUALITY
11.1 REEXIST does not sell second-hand, defective or substandard products.
11.2 The products offered for sale on the website www.reexist-shop.com may not correspond exactly to their actual appearance in terms of image and colors, due to the internet browser and monitor used.
- COMPLAINTS
12.1 The User may submit any complaint relating to their order by emailing help@reexist-shop.com or using the dispute resolution platform available on the website.
- WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
13.1 REEXIST products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of consumer goods provided for in the applicable legislation.
- EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
14.1 REEXIST does not guarantee that the www.reexist-shop.com website will function continuously, without interruption or error.
14.2 REEXIST shall not be liable for any damages, regardless of their nature, resulting from the use of the site, including damages caused by viruses or other harmful components.
14.3 REEXIST shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.
- CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
15.1 REEXIST has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The User is subject to the principles and terms in force on the date of his order, unless the law or competent authority imposes any change to them.
- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
16.1 REEXIST collects and processes the User's personal data for the purpose of processing orders and in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website www.reexist-shop.com.
- APPLICABLE LAW
17.1 All purchases made on www.reexist-shop.com are subject to Portuguese law.
17.2. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.
- ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
